Return & Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure that every Dot Sticker Book is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. As our product is a printed children's activity book, we only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are received in a damaged condition.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or full refund only if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • You received a defective or unusable product.

  • The product has significant physical damage that affects its intended use.

Reporting a Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@dotbook.in or calling +91 7078487976.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the outer shipping package (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the damage

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the usability of the product

Return Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The decision to provide a replacement or refund will be made at our sole discretion based on the nature of the claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If we request the damaged product to be returned, we will provide instructions for the return. Any return shipping cost for an approved damaged-product claim will be borne by www.dotbook.in.
